Finca Miquel Tomas is located outside Cas Concos in the beautiful countryside in the south-east of Mallorca and meets all the requirements of an individual holiday in peace and seclusion. In the immediate neighbourhood you will find breathtaking almond and olive groves as well as paddocks for horses and sheep.

The rustic house is furnished to a high standard and offers air conditioning and central heating in all rooms. The spacious entrance area leads into the cosy, bright living and dining room with sofa area, satellite TV, DVD and a closed fireplace. Large doors lead onto the veranda with dining table, which offers a fantastic view of the entire surrounding area. In the lower area is also the very well-equipped, spacious kitchen with dining area. Service room with washing machine. There are also two double bedrooms with wonderful panoramic views and an adjoining bathroom with bathtub. A staircase leads to the upper floor with the master bedroom. This room has its own sun terrace from which the landscape can be marvelled at. A further attractive double bedroom and a single bedroom as well as a large family bathroom complete the upper floor.

From the veranda, a small staircase leads to the beautiful, large pool area, which is fully fenced and has child-friendly steps. Sun loungers invite you to sunbathe and enjoy the marvellous view. From the rear terrace you also have access to a shower room with toilet. In the garden area there is a brick-built barbecue area and a seating area where you can relax. There are wonderfully fragrant shrubs and citrus trees as far as the eye can see and the large lawns are an invitation to stay, and not just for the children.
