Teuler Petit is a 150 year old converted country house for 8 people in a beautiful rural area close (1.4km) to the small village of Cas Concos, Felanitx, Mallorca. All the original rustic features have been retained to provide a Mallorcan style home with lots of character. The outdoor area is magnificent, with a large pool area and a well-kept garden with lawn.

Finca on two floors. From the entrance area there is direct access to the living-dining room with exit to the side terrace. Rustic, spacious kitchen with access to the garden. On the ground floor we find a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Utility room with washing machine. On the first floor there is a distributor with access to a terrace with magnificent views of the surroundings, a beautiful landscape with views of the mountains in the distance. Here you will find three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Two with a double bed and one with two single beds. Air conditioning in the bedrooms with fixed limited hours of use.

Great garden with lawns and Mediterranean plants. Large private pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. Covered terrace with barbecue area and great dining area. Table tennis table.
