This house is situated in a quiet and rural area, only five kilometres from the sea, with wonderful panoramic sea and mountain views. The house is situated a few kilometres north-east of Almuñécar.

Right next to the house is the terrace (270 m²) with the swimming pool of eight by four metres. The entire property has a surface of approximately 2000 m² and is flat. A cot and high chair are available. From the main road, the house is reached via a 2.6 km path, the last kilometre of which is a little winding but very easy to walk.
