Our first-class 2.5-room holiday flat offers a sunny, bright oasis of relaxation on 50m^2 above the picturesque village, flanked by a breathtaking view into the distance. Enjoy the peace and quiet without noise emissions, with direct proximity to the chairlift to the skiing fun.
A modern, Engadine-style interior awaits you in your temporary home. The spacious living room is equipped with internet, TV/radio and a cosy fireplace. A modern kitchen with all mod cons including a dishwasher and coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired. A double bedroom with freshly made bed linen and a spacious built-in wardrobe made of Swiss stone pine, a bathroom with double washbasin, bathtub/shower and WC round off the living area. Smoking is not permitted in our flat in order to guarantee a pleasant atmosphere for all guests.
The outdoor area includes a south-facing balcony that invites you to sunbathe. A garage and storage facilities for bicycles and skis including waxing facilities are available in the ski room. Other amenities such as a washing machine, tumble dryer and drying room are easily accessible via an internal staircase.
Our holiday flat benefits from an excellent location for sports and leisure activities. In winter, the free bus takes you within 150 metres to the ski areas or to the shops. The region offers over 350 kilometres of pistes, over 220 km of groomed cross-country ski trails and countless hiking and excursion options - from picturesque golf courses to mountain bike trails. The cultural scene in the Upper Engadine with its museums and art galleries is also a highlight.
