The Ova Spin hut has two bedrooms (two single beds and four single beds), a kitchen, a dining room, WC with washing facilities, shower, anteroom and storeroom. Parking and post bus stop are located in front of the building. Electricity, oil heating, bed linen, kitchen and bathroom, and crockery, etc. are provided.

Conditions and extras
The tenant is responsible for cleaning the hut before departure. The hut and its facilities should be handed over in a clean state. The final laundry cleaning is included in the price and will be dealt with by the landlord. Bed linen must be taken off before departure and handed over to the local representative. The landlord or local representative alone decides whether or not compliance is acceptable. In the event of non-compliance with this provision, the tenant shall owe the landlord compensation of CHF 100.00 per hour for subsequent and additional cleaning. This amount is due on departure if the hut is unable to be accepted by the landlord in a sufficiently clean condition.
