Located on the south-facing slope above Scuol, it offers a splendid panoramic view. - Shopping and the famous "Bogn Engadina Spa", with its roman-irish bath and mineral water thermal pools, can be reached within 10 minutes. - The "Motta Naluns" cable car up to the skiing and hiking region is just 7 minutes away, as is the bus and railway station. - The Vulpera golf course is a short 5-minute car journey. 4 ½ room apartment, suitable for 4 to 8 persons The apartment Ena is a spacious 116m2. Furnished in a modern and elegant style, you will enjoy the decor with its comfortable leather chairs in black and bordeaux-red, its many cushions and blankets and traditional granite open fireplace. Its large windows offer a superb panoramic view and lead out onto a huge sunny terrace. Savour a glass of wine beside the crackling fire, roast chestnuts or prepare a tasty steak, enjoy a large selection of games, books or a DVD. There is large TV-Set with a Blu-ray/DVD-player and many DVDs for children, teens and grown-ups. Fast internet access, WLAN and satellite TV are also included. The favourite games of our (now adult) children have been chosen and prepared for you and your family. All rooms are adorned with original paintings. Two traditional wooden sledges are also available. The additional costs for all services are about CHF 600.- per week. Therefore we ask for a deposit of CHF 700.- upon arrival. Important: on our homepage guests may choose which additional services they want to use. Also we offer different days for arrival and departure.

The Chasa Diala is situated in a wonderful panoramic position on the sunny slope of Scuol. The five-star house with two beautifully furnished, well-equipped, light-flooded flats (2 - 4 persons and 4 - 8 persons) offers every convenience.
Additional costs to be payed upon arrival: Obligatory Tourism Tax: CHF 5.00 per person/night over 12 years of age Final Cleaning: CHF 180.00 (Apartment Ena), CHF 120.00 (Apartment Sirena) Additional costs for energy (from 1.12.2023 on) :CHF 15.-/person/week Optional Use of garage and/or parking lot: CHF 5.00 per night Bedlinnen, towels and kitchen towels: CHF 30.00 per person The additional costs will have to be paid cash upon arrival. Addditionally we aks for a safety deposit of 100 CHF in cash.
