Welcome to our 2 1/2 room hideaway, which we mainly use as a family. It's sunny, quiet, nicely furnished, carefully handled and filled with lots of love. Unique to this place is its sense of space - the living room is 4 metres high with exposed wooden beams on the ceiling.The apartment is located in the upper part of Scuol. It's a 10min walk down to the shops. The valley station of the ski area Motta-Naluns (next to the train station) is also a 10min walk away. In the house there is a ski/bicycle room for your equipment, an underground car park and an elevator.Kitchen: fully equipped with stove (glass ceramic), oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fondue set and raclette set. Bedroom: Double bed (180x200cm), 2 door wardrobe. Bathroom: bathtub/shower, WC, hair dryer, towel radiator. Entrée: Large entrance area with wardrobe and storage. Gallery: 2 additional beds (80x200cm). Floor heating in living room & bathroom. Two humidifiers (great in winter), free Wi-Fi, fantastic sounding Bose Airplay-stereo system. And lots of good vibes!The apartment can be rented by two persons.
