Our apartments are situated in a beautiful location in the village of Samnaun Ravaisch in one of the sunniest and quietest places in the Samnaun valley and offer a breathtaking view of the Samnaun mountains. After a varied and active day on the slopes, enjoy your well-deserved rest in our fully equipped and modern apartments to recharge your batteries for the next day. Restaurants, the valley station of the cable cars of the Silvretta-Arena Samnaun/Ischgl, as well as the center of Samnaun Dorf can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bus. The bus stop is only about 5 minutes walk from the house.

Of course, parking spaces (partly covered), a ski boot dryer and internet (WLAN and LAN) are also available free of charge.

Modern and luxurious apartment in a very sunny and quiet location with a fantastic view of the Samnaun mountains. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, which is equipped with a 32" TV and an in-room safe. The fully equipped open kitchen (oven / microwave, dishwasher, Fridge with freezer compartment, 4-plate hob, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine) has a large dining table and a bench. The living room is equipped with a comfortable pull-out sofa and a 50" TV. All TV sets have SAT-TV and radio. Of course, free WiFi, as well as network connections are also available. From the living room and bedroom you can enjoy a wonderful view and directly access the terrace / garden. In addition, the apartment has a bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower and hairdryer.

Children 11 - 16 years: CHF 35.- per child and night

Final cleaning and tourist tax are not included in the price. The final cleaning for apartment no. 1 is CHF 99.- per stay and the tourist tax CHF 4.- per night and person (from 17 years).

Pets are only allowed on request and for an extra charge.

Conditions and extras
Exclusive costs, to be paid on site: The tourist tax of CHF 4.- per night and person over 17 years and the final cleaning of CHF 99.- for the smaller apartment Nr.1 and CHF 139.- for the bigger apartment Nr. 2 are not included in the price and have to be paid on spot.
