This cozy apartment lays on the 3rd floor of Residenza Vivian, which enjoys an exceptional location in the city center of Locarno besides being directly on the Lake Maggiore. It has an area of 88 square meters, including a large terrace with a 90° lateral view of the lake. It consists of an airy and bright bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room with American kitchen and a sofa bed, 1 bathroom, with bathtub/shower and bidet. There are two spacious storage rooms, one of which houses the washing machine and the other, on the terrace, the vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies. There is a workstation/desk in the apartment, which may comfortably be used as home office. Large-sized, state of the art television. A private parking space inside the building is included in the price of the apartment. Residenza Vivian is a sole ownership building recently built in full respect of the environment sustainability and according to modern ecological standards, using natural and high quality materials such as granite, marble and glass.
