Welcome to our cosy holiday flat in the charming village of Haute-Nendaz, the ideal place for winter sports enthusiasts and hiking fans. Enjoy a privileged location, right next to the ski slopes and hiking trails, the ideal starting point for your adventures. Experience the proximity to the cable car and the shopping facilities and restaurants within walking distance, which will make your stay both comfortable and enjoyable.
Interior: The flat is located on the 4th and top floor with lift access and offers a modern, open-plan kitchen/living room. Equipped with a ceramic hob, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and specialised kitchen utensils for fondue, raclette and a table grill. The cosy living room is the ideal place to relax thanks to the sofa area, which can be used as an extra bed, cable TV, WiFi internet access and a mini hi-fi system. A cosy dining table for shared meals and the furnished south-facing balcony with views of the skiing and hiking area complete the offer.
Outside, a breathtaking balcony with views over the village, valley and mountains and an additional furnished south-facing balcony await you. A steep driveway, which is also accessible in winter thanks to ramp heating, leads to the house. There is a private single garage for your vehicle with plenty of storage space and an electricity connection.
Additional parking spaces are located directly in front of the house.
The surrounding area leaves nothing to be desired: Nestled directly in "Les 4 Vallées", Switzerland's largest ski area with 400 km of connected ski slopes, and just 100 metres from the Bissen (hiking trails) close to nature, you are offered a wide range of leisure activities. In addition to skiing and hiking, there is a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, a climbing tower and much more. The sunny village on a plateau above the Rhone also offers magnificent views of the Alps and the Rhone Valley.
