This traditional chalet has a unique location in Arosa directly on the Obersee. Away from the street, you can enjoy the sun, the peace and the fantastic view of the lake and the mountains all day long. The house has only 3 apartments. The 4-bedroom apartment has 3 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds, living room, separate kitchen and bathroom.

You are in a few minutes walk at the ski school, the chairlift or the Weisshornbahn which take you to the sunny ski resort. In summer you can reach the popular rope park, the tennis court and the boat rental nearby. The free bus is about 80 meters. The bus takes you to the cross-country skiing and hiking area, or in the direction of Innerarosa. You can leave the car in front of the house during your stay, as there is plenty of shopping opportunities nearby and the free bus.

The house has 3 apartments is very quiet and yet centrally located. The apartment has a sunny balcony. A parking space in front of the house is at your disposal. In a few minutes you reach the bus station (free bus), the ski school, the chairlift and the Weisshornbahn, which take you to the ski resort. The bus goes to Prätschli or Hörnli (Lenzerheide ski resort). In summer, the popular rope park and the boat rental is nearly. In front of the house is the start to the beautiful, exciting Arosa hikes.
 
To the interior: The cozy living room is well furnished ,the kitchen with glass ceramic, oven, dishwasher coffee machine and a large freezer. A cozy dining area is available.

Bedrooms: The rooms are cozy, no bunk beds. Two rooms two beds / one room one bed. Each room has lake view. We can also provide you with a travel bed and a child's chair for your little one, free of charge.
