? The property includes a private annex/studio with a separate entrance, which is not part of your booking and has no access to the pool or the main house

Security Deposit:
A €200 security deposit is required before check-in – this will be held on your credit card (on the day of arrival or the day before) and released within 7 days after check-out, provided no damage is found.

The platform does not automatically hold the deposit – we collect it directly. This information is shown during the booking confirmation. Therefore, all bookings (including Airbnb) must pay the refundable deposit before or upon check-in.
