The house is located in Lagos on the Monte Funchal hill. The residential area is located just outside of Lagos, surrounded by many beautiful villas, quiet and yet close to the city. The road or the access road is tarred and therefore suitable for all vehicles. In just a few minutes by car you can reach the beautiful beaches of the Algarve and the centre of Lagos.

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and sun canopy as well as a gas barbecue. The pool is equipped with sun loungers and cushions for communal use. Parking is available in the fenced plot.

The house is on one floor and the entrance has a ramp. There is air conditioning in the living room, which can also be used as heating in winter. The house can accommodate 3 people and has 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed 1.80x2.00m with orthopaedic mattress, and another bedroom with a bed 1.00x2.00 also with orthopaedic mattress. Duvet and pillows are suitable for allergy sufferers. A cot and a high chair for children up to 3 years old are also available and can be provided free of charge if required. A small paddling pool and a children's swing for toddlers are also available. In the living room you will find a cosy XXL sofa that invites you to linger. The 40" TV is equipped with WLAN and allows you to log in with your account at e.g. Netflix or Amazon Prime. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, super modern microwave oven, a dishwasher, a 4 ring gas hob, crockery, pans etc. Everything is available. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. The outdoor gas barbecue is located next to the covered terrace, the pool is about 100 metres away. There are 2 other holiday flats on the property, the pool must be shared with these holiday guests.

The distance to the nearest beach is approx. 4 km, as well as shopping facilities, restaurants and bars.
