There is a fascinating view of the mountains and the lake only 200m away. There is an extensive garden and field around the house. A small forest directly by the house. Discreet and convenient location - within walking distance of Czocha Castle and Rajsko. For motorists within reach of day trips: Prague and Dresden.
This old house from 1910 on the border of Lower Silesia and Lusatia has been carefully renovated. Arranged with taste, the interiors gently combine a simple, contemporary style with tradition, carefully revealing the history of this spacious country house . Modern design and contemporary amenities combined with the atmosphere of an old house are the perfect way to forget and take a break from everyday life.
On offer is a spacious (50 sqm) flat for 4 people (located in the attic) with its own bathroom (bathtub) and a well-equipped kitchenette and dining area. There is also an exceptionally comfortable living space and a mezzanine with a sleeping area for 2 people - loved by children. Extra bed for an extra person possible in the flat. There is also a communal hallway with a TV room and an atmospheric library with an extensive collection of guide books and... a stock of board games.
In the spacious garden (the garden is fenced) there is a barbecue area and tables and chairs. A fire pit - sausage roasting forks also available. In addition, hammocks, deckchairs and equipment for outdoor games - bocci, badminton, etc. are available.
