This holiday apartment is on the first floor of a three-storey residential house built in 2012, in Vodice, one of the most popular travel destinations on Croatia’s Adriatic coast.
There are three balconies. Parking spaces are available in front of the house.
The holiday apartment provides 130m² of space for up to nine people and has a modern interior. It has three bedrooms each with a double bed (160 x 200cm). One of the bedrooms also has a single bed (90 x 200cm). The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two further people. The two bathrooms provide a shower, WC and washbasin. The washing machine is in one of the two bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, an induction hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a kettle. There is an adjoining dining space. Apart from the sofa bed, the living room has a TV with satellite reception. All the rooms are fitted with air conditioning units, which can also provide heating. Wireless Internet access is available.
The beach and the town centre are a five to seven-minute walk from the holiday apartment. The nearest supermarket is about 50 metres from the holiday apartment.
