With a spacious roof terrace on the 3rd floor offering breathtaking panoramic views - Vodice is literally at your feet - our offer is a dream come true for every holidaymaker. Enjoy the beauty and tranquillity that radiates from "Vodice in the palm of your hand" as you relax in comfortable deckchairs or experience unique moments while barbecuing.
The flats on the ground floor with about 55m^2 of living space offer a separate bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with toilet and a large living room with a sofa bed (approx. 150x200cm). Each flat has a fully equipped kitchen - including oven, fridge, freezer and hob, along with all basic cooking utensils. The flats are air-conditioned, which, together with the thick stone walls of the traditional building, guarantees a pleasant indoor experience even in the hot summer months.
Outside, you will not only find the spectacular roof terrace, equipped with tables, chairs and deckchairs, but also small terraces at each flat entrance. Directly in front of the flats you can enjoy the comfort of your own tables and chairs, which invite you to linger. The nearest car park is only about 50 metres from the house, and further parking is available on our private property, about 150 metres away.
The surroundings of Vodice offer everything your heart desires: The town centre with its green and fish market as well as shopping facilities is only 100m away. Various beaches - from shallow to pebbly - can be reached in just 200 metres. For the more adventurous, the island's beautiful sandy and rocky beaches, as well as day trips to the national parks, culturally rich cities such as Šibenik, Trogir, Split, Zadar and dreamy car-free islands, are all easy to explore by car or bike.
