Our beautiful RED House apartment building with three modern holiday flats is located in the small, picturesque coastal town of Sveta Marina. In the second row to the sea, it is just a few hundred metres from the nearest beach and offers a unique view of the sea and the island of Cres.
Hiking enthusiasts can reach other beaches and bays directly from the house. There are also many hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. In Sveta Marina there is a small mini market, a bakery, a beach bar and 3 restaurants. Large supermarkets and many other restaurants can be found in Labin, about 15 minutes away.
This flat is located in the centre of our apartment building. With two bedrooms with box-spring beds (180x200cm) and a marvellous view of a small bay of Sveta Marina, it offers space for four people.
The open and modern kitchen is equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a fridge-freezer. For coffee lovers, there is a choice between a filter coffee machine and an espresso maker. There is a Smart TV in the living room. The balcony is accessible from both the kitchen and the living room. Here you can sit for hours and enjoy the marvellous view of the sea and the island of Cres. A sunshade provides the necessary shade on hot days as well as additional privacy.
In front of the house there is a small barbecue area with a large dining table where you can socialise with the other residents.
