Two Bedroom Holiday Home with Swimming pool

House:
Holiday Home Buena Vista is a self-catering accommodation located in a quiet area of Dubrovnik, called Pobrežje. Being located in an area known for its tranquil atmosphere, makes it an ideal destination for those seeking a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The property features a private swimming pool with loungers and sun umbrellas. Guests will have at their disposal private parking on-site, as well as free Wi-fi that is available throughout the property. Homeowner lives on the top floor. Entrances are separated and guests have their privacy across ground floor level. Homeowner stays on guests disposal for any possible needs Note : Baby cot is available upon request. BBQ facilities at guest's disposal. This marvelous holiday home with furnished terrace and outdoor swimming pool features free WiFi, air-conditioning and SAT LCD TV. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with dining area as well as two private bathrooms. Bedrooms are fitted with extra large double bed, large double bed and sofa beds. Washing machine, baby cot, ironing facilities are at the guest disposal. Pobrezje is a quiet settlement located 7 kilometers north of Dubrovnik with a serene ambiance, it is still within easy reach of Dubrovnik's attractions and amenities. The grocery store is 2 km away, while a restaurant serving local and Mediterranean cuisine and freshly prepared seafood can be reached within 700 m meters. Dubrovnik bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 5 km from Holiday Home, while Dubrovnik Airport is 25 km away.

Amazing apartments- Stunning viewThe apartment is situated a mere 10 minutes drive away from the heart of Dubrovnik, allowing us easy access to the Cities famous landmarks and attractions,\r\n The proximity to the city centre made it easy to navigate using the Uber service, allowing us to enjoy local culture, without sacrificing the peace and quiet,\r\nWe had a late arrival, but the host had thought of everything and had arranged fresh Bread, milk, fresh fruit, a meat and cheese platter, along with a bottle of wine, which made the start of our stay very memorable,\r\n Loved waking up to the amazing views and my daily morning swim in the pool, Didn&#39,t go anywhere some days, just sat around in the loungers and cushions enjoying the quiet and listening to the birds,\r\n Apartments are beautifully presented and as we had 2 teenagers, having both apartments was amazing, giving our kids some independence, but still being close by,\r\n We loved being able to escape the busy streets of Dubrovnik and return to the Buena Vista apartments to enjoy our evening drinks on the terrace and take in the breathtaking views to end each day,\r\n Our stay at the Buena Vista apartments was nothing short of exceptional, The combination of its prime location, comfortable accommodation and stunning views, made it an unforgettable experience,\r\n We would highly recommend these apartments to anyone seeking a tranquil retreat, but still allows easy access to the cities attractions,\r\n\r\n We give buena Vista apartments a well deserved 5 out of 5 stars *****
