These simple but practically equipped flats are located in a newly built house by the road leading to other places (Zuboviæi-Metajna), 6 km from the centre of Novalja, 250 m from the sea, with a beautiful view of the bay. Access to the island is easy from 2 directions: on the west side it can be reached by ferry, which shortens the journey by 100 km, and on the east side by bridge.
