This cozy apartment for two people is located in a small, separate house within the courtyard of a larger home, right in the heart of the old town of Novigrad, Istria. It is situated in the first row by the sea, separated only by the historic city walls, offering a unique and charming atmosphere.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. In front of the house, there is a small terrace with a table and chairs for two – perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Guests also have access to a barbecue.

The apartment is in an excellent location – in a peaceful courtyard, yet just steps away from the sea, restaurants, cafes, and all major attractions, making it an ideal choice for couples looking to experience both tranquility and the vibrant life of the old town.

Please note: The apartment is situated in the old town. Directly to the property there is no parking. The nearest parking lot is about 500m away. During the summer season the entrance to the old town by car is limited; it is possible to come to the house by car just to unpack/pack your luggage.
