This beautiful villa is situated on the island Krk, on a hill above the town of Vrbnik.

A spacious living room equipped with antique furniture leads to a large terrace with a magnificent view of the sea and the old town. In the garden there is a swimming pool, deck chairs, table with garden furniture, fireplace and private parking.
The weekly amount includes all expenses.

The total area of ??the holiday home is 120 m2. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher), living room with sofa bed for two people, bedroom with one double bed and its bathroom. On the ground floor there is also a separate toilet with washing machine. On the second floor there is a bedroom that has a double bed, a single bed and a bathroom. The villa has air conditioning in the living room and can accommodate 7 guests.

The island of Krk is the largest island on the Adriatic, and is full of attractions that will take your attention, only 5-15 minutes by car to all locations. Highway and airport are also nearby. Krk town has beautiful old churches, ancient city walls, towers and the remains of ancient Romans. The city of Vrbnik is known for its vineyards and excellent wines, Punat with the largest marina on the Adriatic and island Košljun with the famous Franciscan monastery with a museum. Baska has one of the largest sandy beaches and an aquarium, bay Soline with healthy mud and Biserujka cave. In all these places there are many restaurants where you can taste fresh fish, wine and other specialties. You can swim with dolphins, make a trip with fishing or tourist boats or even with a submarine (the city of Krk) .

Shop is 200 meters away, restaurant 250 meters and beautiful beach only 700 meters from the house.
The village of Vrbnik is one of the most famous wine regions in this part of Croatia with numerous restaurants and taverns that ae offering a wide selection of excellent wines and authentic dishes. From here you can reach all places and attractions on island Krk
