In Vrbnik you can enjoy secluded beaches, in the center of the town is the Zgribnica beach and 2 km from the town center is the Potovošce beach with a small cafe-bar, sun loungers and parasols. This brand new luxury villa is located on a hill above the romantic town of Vrbnik with spectacular panoramic sea views. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor of the villa, which is completely paved with the famous stone of the island of Brac (as is the whole area around the villa), there is a spacious living room, a kitchen with all appliances and a bathroom with a shower. From the living room, guests have direct access to the pool, which offers an unobstructed view of the sea and the greenery. The pool is 38 m2, has massage benches and a waterfall. Around the pool on the terrace there are sun loungers, a seating set with a large parasol, a grill and an outdoor shower. On the first floor of the villa there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two rooms have their own large terrace and from all rooms you can enjoy the view of the sea and the old town of Vrbnik when you wake up in the morning. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has free WiFi, two parking spaces and is completely fenced. The nearest beach is 800 m from the villa, shops and restaurants are 500 m away.
