Lejlighed Emma - Lejlighed med 2 soveværelser med balkon og havudsigt

Apartment Emma er beliggende i Lapad, i hjertet af det moderne Dubrovnik. Det er ideelt placeret, da det kun er 20 minutters gang væk fra både den historiske gamle bydel og centrum af Dubrovnik. Bagageopbevaring er tilgængelig før check-in og efter check-out. Privat parkering er til rådighed, reservation er påkrævet.Denne smukke toværelses lejlighed er perfekt til op til 5 personer.Den har 2 soveværelser - et soveværelse med 2 enkeltsenge og et soveværelse med stor dobbeltseng. Opholdsstue har sofa - konvertible enkelt- og kabel-tv. Der er aircondition og gratis WiFi. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret med komfur, ovn, køleskab, kedel, mikroovn, opvaskemaskine, brødrister og køkkenredskaber. Det private badeværelse har vaskemaskine, badekar og hårtørrer. Dejlig møbleret balkon giver havudsigt.Apartment Emma er beliggende i Lapad-kvarteret kun 2 km fra den historiske gamle bydel og en kort gåtur fra de bedste strande, Dubrovnik har at tilbyde. Den nærmeste strand ligger 10 minutters gang fra ejendommen. Busstation med en direkte linje til Dubrovniks gamle bydel ligger 150 meter derfra. Købmand, busstation, restauranter, barer og caféer kan findes inden for 300 meter rækkevidde, samt bagerier og pengeautomater. Lapad Promenade ligger 1,5 km derfra. væk fra boligen, i samme afstand som indkøbscenteret DOC. Det nærmeste marked ligger 250 m fra ejendommen, mens det nærmeste apotek ligger 350 m fra ejendommen.Dubrovnik lufthavn ligger 21 km fra ejendommen. Dubrovnik færgehavn ligger 3 km væk, mens hovedbusstationen ligger 2,5 km væk.

Comfortable apartment in great location with stunning views,Apartment Emma was the most perfect apartment for myself and friend to explore Dubrovnik, Comfy beds, stunning views, air conditioning, and very homely, Bus stop only a couple of mins away to get into old town, Nice places to eat within walking distance from apartment, \nOnly down side were the 87 steps to the villa! We weee fine with them but arriving with our cases was a bit of a workout!!! So really not suitable for anyone with mobility issues,

Our family had a wonderful time and was warmly welcomed,The host was wonderful - warm and welcoming and was happy to answer all our questions, She met us at the exact agreed upon time, The apartment was clean, comfortable, warm (we went in February), and had all we needed, It also has great views, The location is good as well, It&#39,s about 15 mins from the old town and 20 minutes from the other sea side where Orsan restaurant is, Near there we saw several great swimming places and beaches so something to consider taking advantage of as well, Also super close to uvala lapad beach,

Appartement Emma was een fantastische keuze voor onze gezinsvakantie!
