Ich war angenehm überrascht, wie ruhig die Gegend war, obwohl sie so nah an den belebteren Teilen von Dubrovnik war, Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten, Die Restaurants in der Nähe boten köstliches Essen, besonders Taj Mahal!

We have stayed for one week in this apartment and it was wonderful, Maria, the owner was so nice, attentive and accommodating, During our stay it was one of our birthdays and she and her sister brought us a huge cake to celebrate! They also brought us some vegetables from their personal garden, Maria helped us with all our needs and even provided us with an amazing pdf with all important and touristic info, They were amazing ! \nThe apartment is very well equipped, clean and has air conditioning, It is a very calm and nice area, not so far from the old town, \nEverything was perfect and we definitely recommend it,

Simply everything! First of all: we had a group of three and there was plenty enough room for all of us, The location was perfect for us, just a short walk (approximately 20 minutes) to the Lapad and to the Old Town, Uber is a must if you don’t feel like walking that trip back uphill tho, but it’s totally affordable (around 5 euros one way), Maria, the host is a totally awesome person who will do everything just so you can enjoy your stay, 100% would recommend this place, one of the best accomodations we’ve stayed, Last but not least, the cats that live next door are super adorable!

We were only the second visitors to stay in this apartment, which is recently constructed,The apartment is adjacent to the owner's house in a very quiet residential lane in the newer part of Dubrovnik, about 15-20 minutes pleasant walk from the busy old town, (It is also possible to get a bus to the Pile Gate from about 5 mins walk away), It is spacious and very well equipped, with a kitchen with oven and even a washing machine in the shower room, Both the living room and the bedroom have air conditioning, and there is an excellent shower which is supplied with ample hot water by an efficient water heater There is plenty wardrobe space and a dressing area off the bedroom, There is a terrace with a table and chairs above the apartment which is perfect for breakfasting, and on the same level as this is a smaller mini apartment with a bedroom and shower room, which could be rented in conjunction with the apartment below to allow a larger group to holiday together, The apartment also has good internet access and a large TV with a good selection of channels via an internet TV box, We were made very welcome by the owners, and would thoroughly recommend this as a comfortable base for a Break in Dubrovnik,
