Sommerhus King - Hus med fire soveværelser med terrasse

Bolig:
Holiday Home King er beliggende i hjertet af det moderne Dubrovnik. Det er ideelt placeret, da det kun er 20 minutters gang væk fra både den historiske gamle bydel og centrum af Dubrovnik. Bagageopbevaring før indtjekning og efter udtjekning er tilgængelig, så du kan udforske området lidt mere før afgang. Parkering er gratis og tilgængelig på stedet. Dette feriehus med fire soveværelser er et perfekt sted for en afslappende ferie, der kan rumme otte personer. Det har gratis trådløs internetadgang, aircondition og LCD-tv med kabelkanaler. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret og leveres med spisebord. Stue indeholder sofa. Ejendommen har tre badeværelser, to med brusekabiner og badekar. Gæsterne kan nyde en rummelig møbleret terrasse med udsigt over byen. Grillfaciliteter er til gæsternes rådighed. Denne del af byen er meget populær, fordi alt hvad du har brug for er i nærheden af overnatningsstedet, og gæsterne kan nå den gamle bydel på mindre end 10 minutters kørsel eller 20 minutters gang. Købmand, busstation, restauranter, barer og caféer kan findes inden for 300 meters rækkevidde, samt bagerier og pengeautomater. Nærmeste strand ligger 10 minutters gang fra lejligheden.Dubrovnik busstation og færgehavn, der forbinder fastlandet med forskellige Dalmatiske øer ligger mindre end 10 minutters kørsel fra lejligheden, mens Dubrovnik Lufthavn ligger 21 km derfra.

This property was very well looked after, clean, spacious and very well appointed for 6 people, We had 4 adults and 2 children with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, The property agent Tony was very nice and obliging and was there for any problems that might have arisen, As it turns out the only problem that arose was that the WiFi cut out several times, Tony was over in a flash to rectify the problem, I would recommend this property to families looking for some peace and quiet a little away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town, It is up on the hill about a 20 min walk to the Old Town but with a bus running almost right outside the door every 15mins downtown, Very convenient,

The house was lovely, Extremely clean and all new, Antonio was there to greet us on arrival, and both he and his mother were available whenever we had questions, The location is a 20-30 minute walk from the old town, or a quick bus ride, Buses run regularly, and we were very happy to not be staying in the old town itself, I would certainly recommend this house and would stay again if I were returning to the area,

A super holiday home, Ivana the owners Mother was there to welcome us and show how everything worked, not very good English but able to understand her, a lovely lady, Anthony came an hour or so later who had very good English and was very helpful, A great start to our 5 day break, The accommodation is very new, it was also very clean we had a change of towels and bed linen after 3 days, I could not fault it, The walk to the old town is about 20 minutes, or the is a bus stop at the end of the road, 2 minute walk, that takes you to the old town, There is also a taxi rank about 3 minutes walk down the hill,
