Holiday home consisting of two separate flats with two terraces, barbecue and playground, direct access to the sea and beach via steps, ideal for two families
The house has a living space of 105 m², is suitable for a maximum of ten people and consists of two separate flats that are connected by external stairs. Both flats are modern and practically furnished. Each flat has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. In each flat there is one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and one with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The living rooms each have a sofa bed (150 x 200 cm) for one person. The two modern kitchens have a dining area and are fully equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, extractor fan, freezer (50 litres), coffee machine, kettle, blender, microwave, dishwasher and crockery. Air conditioning, LCD TV and free WLAN are available. The two bathrooms each have a shower. There is a washing machine for the whole house. The air conditioning in each flat is located in the living room.
This holiday home is located in Rogac on the island of Solta, a small paradise island on the Croatian coast. Rogac is the island's main harbour and is very well connected to the mainland by ferry. The crossing from Split, Croatia's largest coastal city, takes less than 40 minutes. The peaceful surroundings in which the house is located are ideal for relaxing. Only a few metres and a few steps separate your holiday home from the beach and the sea.
The separate flats are ideal for two families holidaying together but still wanting privacy. You have the whole house to yourself; the owners do not live in the house and it is only about 25 metres to the concrete beach, which you reach via steps. The nearest supermarket is around two kilometres away. Rogac is the perfect place to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle. It offers its visitors beautiful beaches and crystal-clear sea. Here you can enjoy your holiday far away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the city.
You have two large terraces, one covered and one open, which are equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers. From the terrace you have a great panoramic view of the sea. There is a barbecue next to the house and two parking spaces on the property. We have also thought of our younger guests. There is a small playground with a slide, children's pool and sandpit with sun protection.
