Our generously modernised holiday home is located in a quiet part of the village, without much traffic and with a view of the sea. The centre of Sukošan is approx. 500m and the sea approx. 200m from the holiday home. The main beach "Dijeci raj" (children's paradise) is about 300m away, our self-built jetty is about 200m away (footpath).
The two separately accessible flats "A" and "B" on the first floor are equipped with living rooms and bedrooms, as well as dining rooms and balconies with seating and sunbathing areas, some of which face the sea.
Both holiday flats therefore offer space for relaxation and a feel-good factor.
The property has ample parking facilities (carport). There is also a shower in the garden in case you need to cool off in between. There is a barbecue in the garden. Bicycles can also be used after a short consultation with us.
You can do your shopping in the village or in the numerous supermarkets (Lidl, Kaufland, Interspar etc.) in the town of Zadar, about 10 kilometres away.
About the flats:
Flat "A" with an area of 80m² offers space for up to 5 people, flat "B" with an area of 50m² for up to 3 people.
