Villa Alegria Cavtat - Studiolejlighed med gårdhave og udsigt til haven

Bolig:
Villa Alegria Cavtat er indkvartering med egen forplejning i Cavtat. Der tilbydes også privat parkering.Fælles møbleret terrasse, grillfaciliteter og sæsonåben udendørs swimmingpool med jacuzzi er til rådighed. Bagageopbevaring er mulig før indtjekning og efter udtjekning, så gæsterne kan udforske byen lidt mere før afgang.Denne smukke studiolejligheden har gratis wifi, aircondition, fladskærms-tv, satellit-tv og terrasse, så som køkken udstyret med køleskab, mikroovn, elkedel, brødrister, kaffemaskine og opvaskemaskine, samt sovesofa. Lejligheden består også af privat badeværelse med bruser, vaskeri vaskemaskine og hårtørrer. Denne lejlighed med 1 soveværelse kan komfortabelt rumme op til 2 personer. Cavtat er en by beliggende cirka 20 km syd for Dubrovnik og også tæt på Dubrovniks internationale lufthavn. Det kan prale af fantastiske strande, hoteller, restauranter og alle nødvendige faciliteter til en behagelig ferie. Cavtat-området er mest attraktivt på grund af middelhavsvegetationen, som dækker hele området. En anden fordel er uforurenet hav og en meget attraktiv blanding af gammel og ny arkitektur. På grund af ejendommens fremragende beliggenhed kan gæsterne finde alt, hvad de behøver for et behageligt ophold inden for cirka 400 meters rækkevidde. Den nærmeste restaurant ligger 400 meter væk, mens den nærmeste købmand ligger 270 meter væk. Den berømte Cavtat-promenade er 1 km væk fra ejendommen, hvor du kan finde en masse restauranter, kaffe, hæveautomater samt banker, posthus, apotek, åbent marked og souvenirbutikker. Det nærmeste busstoppested ligger 400 meter væk med busser, der ofte kører forbi. (Cavtat-Dubrovnik). Dubrovnik Lufthavn ligger 5 km fra ejendommen, mens Dubrovniks hovedbusstation og færgehavn ligger 21 km derfra.

Boligens indretning kan afvige fra billederne. Boligens komfort niveau dog som beskrevet. Det er strengt forbudt at afholde studenterfest, polterabend eller fest med stort alkohol indtag i denne feriebolig

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Villa Alegria! Die Wohnung war super bequem und hatte eine nette kleine Küche, die es einfach machte, Frühstück zuzubereiten, Die Lage war perfekt, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zu schönen Stränden und der Promenade von Cavtat, Der einzige Nachteil war, dass das WLAN etwas langsam war, aber ehrlich gesagt war es kein Dealbreaker, Ich würde diesen Ort auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen, der nach einem entspannten Urlaub in der Nähe von Dubrovnik sucht

Great villa in CavtatVilla Alegria was a wonderful experience for us, The apartment has everything you need but the best things about it are the views from the pool area and how lovely the host is, He was so friendly, kind and helpful throughout our stay, even holding our bags for us on the last day and arranging transport to the airport for us, The villa is approx a 12 minute walk to the village of Cavtat, The walk down is fine,,, But just to be aware that Cavtat is at the bottom of a hill, so the walk back is a little tough but that is the same everywhere in Cavtat :) There is a supermarket with an atm close to the villa and the bus stop to Dubrovnik is opposite the supermarket, There is also a restaurant nearby if you don&#39,t want to go to the village one night, We hope to come back to Villa Alegria very soon, Thanks to Pero for a great time :)

Clean, stunning views and ample room for guests,\nThe apartment was well equipped with everything we needed, \nThe bus service to town is excellent though we chose to burn off some calories by walking most of the time!\nPero was an excellent host who really cares about his property and guests, He was friendly and very helpful and took us to the airport when we were leaving, Thankyou!

Lägenheten var trevlig och rymlig för två personer, Det var bekvämt att ha en tvättmaskin, särskilt efter dagar på stranden, Värdarna var vänliga och välkomnande, Bara en kort promenad till närmaste mataffär och en vacker strand, Sammanfattningsvis, en fantastisk vistelse!
