Villa Exotica is a great holiday home, especially for a small group or a family. Villa Exotica offers its guests the perfect harmony of nature and sea with their special position, representing the synergy of positive energy and the necessary rest. The villa has a swimming pool, a separate area for grilling, direct access to the sandy beach (0m) and enough parking space. The house has complete discretion, and there are no other buildings on the three sides.

We would also like to underline that there is no more caffe bar that was in relatively imminent vicinity of the house.
