Holiday flat next to the sea, panoramic terrace, direct access to the beach, especially suitable for families with children This 75 sqm flat is located on the first floor of a semi-detached house at La Ciaccia in the Gulf of Asinara, bordering the coast. The villa is located on private property bordering the sea, with direct access to the beach.
Splendid panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, for exclusive use, with veranda, table, chairs and barbeque. Well-exposed terrace, with a shady part under the veranda and a sunny part all day long. The surrounding garden for shared use is adjacent to the cliff and the beach.
Splendid, bright, fresh and comfortable flat, with sea view of the Gulf of Asinara, exclusive panorama, extremely relaxing and pleasant. The apartment consists of 3 rooms, for a total of 4/5 beds. It includes a large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom, a small bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. The rental price includes bed linen and towels, final cleaning, utilities and services as well as Internet connection (Wi-Fi).
You will be really relaxed because your children will be able to play freely on the beach or in the village square with other children, go out on their own by bike, have fun in the small playground or take a walk by the sea. Occasionally there are windy days and bathing is not recommended for inexperienced people, but if you like surfing or windsurfing then you have found your 'paradise'. There is no shortage of historical and monumental attractions: Sassari, with its stupendous historic centre; Castelsardo, with its splendid fortified village or even Osilo with its thirteenth-century Malaspina Castle. There are also many 'taste itineraries' to taste the typical Sardinian specialities, fruit of the wisdom of fishermen, shepherds and farmers. About 3 kilometres away from the Casteldoria Thermal Baths, La Ciaccia is also the ideal place to take thermal cures and at the same time enjoy a relaxing holiday by the sea. In the neighbouring villages, there is no shortage of festivals and popular celebrations, just wander around and there are all kinds. In August, you can enjoy events such as the summer carnival in Castelsardo and Valledoria or the wonderful 'Candelieri' descent in Sassari, a Unesco World Heritage site. The area is particularly favoured by a mild and temperate climate throughout the year. La Ciaccia is a holiday resort with all tourist services, easily accessible from Alghero or Olbia airport, Sassari, Santa Teresa di Gallura, Castelsardo, Stintino, etc.
Through a path of about 30 metres and in a few minutes it is possible to go directly to the beach without using a car.
