Casa Dolce is a lovingly restored village house in the charming village of Stazzona, just above Dongo. Located in the heart of the village, it spans four floors and features a sheltered terrace with a barbecue and a sunny balcony. The ground floor offers a spacious bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed. A staircase leads to the first floor, where you'll find a cozy eat-in kitchen with a dining table, fireplace, and comfortable sofa. From here, you can access the balcony, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for cooking during your holiday. The top floor features a studio with a panoramic window offering stunning views of Lake Como. Two people can sleep on the sofa bed up here, and there's also a small desk for those who need to work during their vacation. On the ground floor, in the former "cantina" (cellar), guests will find a washing machine, a rustic dining area, a high-quality sofa bed, and access to the terrace. There's a barbecue fireplace here, which is often used for grilling evenings. The house is very cozy and comfortably furnished. Wi-Fi and central heating are included.
