The studio is located inside the Pignocco Country House, an 18th-century farmhouse that has been finely restored and converted into non-hotel accommodation. Situated in the hills, just 5 km from the historic centre of Pesaro and the sea, it is the perfect starting point for a holiday among nature, sea and culture, discovering the Marche region.

Large garden with grove of pines, cypresses, laurels and spontaneous vegetation.

The one-room apartment with mezzanine:
The flat is located on the first floor of the manor house and is characterised by an intimate and romantic atmosphere.
Double room on the mezzanine, with exposed antique beams and floorboards and a skylight that gives the magic of the night moon.
Access to the loft via a wrought-iron spiral staircase.
Small living room with sofa bed and milk-white masonry kitchen.

The farmhouse was bought by the grandfather in 1952 and was the family's country house for years. Carefully restored by his father, it now houses holiday flats with restored furnishings or custom-made by local craftsmen.
