The house is located in Montefiore Conca, one of the most beautiful small villages in Italy ('orange flag'). A 5-minute drive away is Morciano di Romagna. Also within easy reach are Rimini, Riccione, Cattolica, Pesaro, Gradara, Urbino, San Marino and San Leo.
The house is located in a splendid panoramic position, overlooking the sea and hills: it is an oasis of peace and serenity, immersed in nature. The house consists of 4 new rooms, on the ground floor, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning and mosquito nets.
The property has a total area of 6000 square metres. On two sides of the house there is a porch that expands the already considerable size of the structure and allows for outdoor living even in rainy weather. The house is surrounded by a flat grassy park, planted with different varieties of plants.

The house is suitable for groups of up to 16-18 people who want to spend a time of relaxation, sharing and peace. Sports, religious, business and friends groups are welcome. Here they will find a place of deep wellbeing in which to share memorable moments.
On the upper floor, the owner's family lives with a separate, independent entrance. Maximum privacy is guaranteed. The owners remain available 24 hours a day should guests need them.

Riccione's Oltremare and Aquafan parks, Marebello's Fiabilandia and Cattolica's Le Navi park (all about 20-25 minutes by car) will satisfy the desire for fun for children, young people and adults.
