Casa Nenè is a newly renovated accommodation located three kilometres from the centre of Marsala, in the south east, in a quiet residential area surrounded by several
villas, far from the chaos of the city. Casa Nenè is the ideal place to spend a peaceful holiday, convenient and suitable for families as it has ample space and private parking inside. The front of the house has large verandas furnished with outdoor furniture, practical for spending time in total relaxation. The flat has a main entrance with a hallway leading to the living room furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and armchairs. The living room leads to a service bathroom with shower, convenient for the living area. The accommodation has an equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen also has a direct door to one of the verandas, making it very bright and comfortable. The entrance hallway leads to a corridor that leads to the sleeping area where the first double bedroom is located with a French door onto the veranda. Continuing along the corridor there is a second bedroom and a comfortable bathroom with shower, tub and bidet. Finally there is the third double bedroom. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort such as air conditioning and Wifi.
