The beautiful holiday home is located in the Val d'Orcia, surrounded by rolling hills, near Castiglione d'Orcia (12 km) and a few kilometres from the famous thermal springs of Bagno Vignoni (10 km) and Bagni San Filippo (7 km).

Situated in a very quiet location, the farmhouse is spread over two floors and can comfortably accommodate up to 17 people.
On the ground floor is a large room (60 sqm) divided into a kitchen with island, living room with fireplace and dining area. These rooms offer direct access to the garden and a gazebo. On the ground floor there are also two further kitchens with fireplace and living room, with direct access to the garden, and four double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower, two of which have wrought-iron stairs leading to a loft with a single bed. On the first floor there is a fourth kitchen with wood-burning stove and a living room, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and another double bedroom with en-suite bath, a bathroom with shower and a loft with a single bed accessible by a wooden staircase. There are also 2 single sofa beds, suitable for children. In the spacious garden you can relax, read or have a glass of wine in the shade.

The complex is equipped with garden furniture and barbecue area, table tennis table, table football and a wonderful panoramic swimming pool (15x8, open from April to October) that overlooks the fields of the typical Val Orcia landscape.
In this villa all guests can enjoy a peaceful stay in absolute privacy, a short distance from numerous tourist attractions such as Pienza (20 km), Montepulciano (23 km) and Montalcino (27 km). There are numerous typical Tuscan restaurants and wine cellars in the vicinity. In about 60 minutes by car you can reach the beaches of Grosseto and the lakes of Bolsena and Trasimeno.
