Two-room apartment in the centre of Castellamare del Golfo with balcony on the main street From the renovation of an old mansion comes "Belvedere Apartments", located in the very central Corso Mattarella in Castellammare del Golfo, in front of the Town Hall and only one hundred metres from the sea. The flats, finely furnished, are the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday or a comfortable business stay; they are equipped with independent entrance, air conditioning, safe, colour TV, bathroom and kitchen with all comforts. In conclusion, hand-crafted ceramics, paintings, decorations, hand-finished curtains, period furniture, masonry kitchens, and all the comforts, this is the reason why we can define our flats, author's houses.

A two-room apartment on the second floor, with sea view, of an elegant building, recently renovated and located in the very central Corso Mattarella, opposite the Town Hall and only a hundred metres from the sea. The flat has an independent entrance, and consists of a bedroom (with a double bed or twin beds as required, plus a third single bed), a balcony overlooking the Corso, a kitchen with window, and a bathroom with shower, window and accessories.
Within walking distance of the flats are the city's main monuments, bars, restaurants, trattorias, wine bars, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, various shops, and.....the colourful 'Cala Marina' where fishermen sell fresh fish at a good price every morning. The nearest bathing spot to the flats is less than three hundred metres away and is called 'Cala Petrolo', a small beach with sand and pebbles.
