A few metres from the flat are restaurants, shops and a beautiful public garden.

The flat of approx. 100 sqm, located within an ancient building completely renovated a few years ago, consists on the first floor of an entrance hall, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, sink, toilet and bidet, as well as two hallways and storage room under the stairs with washing machine. The internal staircase leads to the second floor where there is a third bathroom, with shower, toilet and washbasin, and a large living area with kitchen and living room from which, through a glass door, there is access to a covered loggia with a view of the beautiful Tuscan hills and the swimming pool.
