This beautiful rustico is situated in the hills of Versilia, only 2 km from the village of Monteggiori and 6 km from Pietrasanta. The house is surrounded by olive trees and enjoys a beautiful view.

The house is on 3 floors and has been carefully renovated by the owners themselves (it is their 'dream nest'), respecting the original architecture. Wi-Fi Internet and mosquito nets available. Ground floor: kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, gas cooker, coffee maker, toaster), dining table and bathroom with shower. At the entrance there is a small room with a washing machine. First floor: beautiful living room with double sofa bed, fireplace, sofas and two windows with lovely views; TV, CD and DVD player, exit to the terrace and garden. Second floor: double room with air conditioning and additional single bed.

Both the location and the garden and terraces of the house are certainly beautiful, especially if you want to sip a glass of wine at sunset or read a good book in peace and quiet in the shade. The furnished veranda is ideal for lunch or dinner, as is the barbecue area.

Situated in an idyllic location between the sea (12 km) and the mountains, the holiday home can be reached via a pretty scenic road, provided you park your car and walk the last 200 metres (illuminated and partly narrow). The owner guarantees a luggage towing service to/from the car park. If you are travelling with a pet, keep in mind that there is a hiking trail a short distance from the house, so keep an eye on your pets.

Nature, peace, contact with nature, but not too far from the village (the nearest restaurants are about 2 km away). Distances: Monteggiori 2 km, shops and supermarket in Capezzano 4 km. Beach approx. 12 km Pisa and Lucca 32 km, Florence 100 km.
