Location: This newly built villa is in a beautiful neighbourhood of Camaiore and is situated in a slightly hilly and quiet location. The house overlooks the Tuscan countryside. It is surrounded by a large plot of land with old olive trees. The property is completely fenced. The holiday home has a very well-kept large private pool (12 metres x 6 metres and up to 2.5 metres deep), which is available to our guests from June to the beginning of October. The brick barbecue is at the guests' disposal. Garden furniture available. Shopping and good food can be done on foot in Camaiore (approx. 1 km). The holiday home (consisting of 2 holiday flats) is only available to you with the private pool and garden. You do not have to share the property with anyone else.

The house (a rebuilt farmhouse) offers with 2 flats of about 160 square metres a lot of space for 10-12 people. These 2 ground floor flats are rented together and each have their own entrance. The furnishings are cosy and tasteful. The first flat offers a living-dining room with fireplace and access to the terrace - a kitchen - 2 bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning - a bedroom (air conditioning) with a single bed which can be converted into a double bed - 2 bathrooms. The second flat with access to the garden, offers 1 living room with fireplace - 1 kitchen - 2 bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning - 1 bedroom (air conditioning) with 2 single beds - 1 bathroom. Extra bed possible. At your disposal are: Dishwasher - Oven - Video/TV - Fireplace - Barbecue - Garden furniture - Car park on the property. There is a large car park next to the house - the property is fenced and has an electric gate. WiFi free of charge. Cot and high chair available. The windows are fitted with mosquito screens - air conditioning in the sleeping area.
