Villa located on the lakeshore with beach access The single-family, single-level ground floor villa is located on the shores of Lake Bracciano in a quiet location surrounded by a garden of about 1500 square metres, flat with private access to a small beach ideal for canoeists and those who practice water sports, fishing and swimming; on the property you can park your car free of charge.
The Villa, elegantly furnished, consists of a living room with two sofas, four armchairs, six chairs, a dining table and a 43-inch television. The two double bedrooms (one also with a baby bed), with en suite bathroom (with window, shower and hairdryer, toilet and bidet) have a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, chairs and armchairs. The kitchen, with a large table in the middle, allows several people to eat together. It has a television, DVD player and has an INTERNET and WIFI point. The kitchen equipment is complete with crockery, cutlery and pots and pans. There is a gas machine for cooking, with a gas oven; a microwave oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a blender (miniprimer). Next to the kitchen is a service bathroom with a washer/dryer, brooms, mini sink and toilet, iron and ironing board. The security deposit is payable on arrival and will be returned on departure after checking There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. NEW 2020: tourist tax to be paid on site. The municipality of Bracciano has introduced a tourist tax, please check the additional costs section. Children under 15 years of age are excluded.
The property is fenced off. The outside yard can accommodate at least three cars. The porch, approx. 80 sqm, is equipped with two large tables, chairs, armchairs, small tables, deckchairs, outdoor lights, fixed benches, flower boxes. The garden, which is level, has tall trees, flowers, a small vineyard, and direct access to the small beach.
It is located on the shore of the lake. It is 300 m. from the provincial road that can be reached by an inter-modal road, (Via Settevene Palo I tronco 18/A). In the property, brown and white gate at number 12; in an annexe, the gardener lives with his wife. Scheduled time of departure: by ten o'clock in the morning . Scheduled time of arrival: from six o'clock in the afternoon.
RESERVATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR STAYS OF LESS THAN 7 DAYS
The train from BRACCIANO TO ROME SAN PIETRO in 50 minutes will take you a few steps away from the Basilica where the JUBILEE 2025 rites will be held.
There are numerous departures to and from Rome to Bracciano by train. Bracciano railway station is 2 km from the villa and parking is possible in the immediate vicinity.
