Hilly area at 216 m altitude. The house is located in the small village of Azzano d'Asti, in Piedmont. It is immersed in the quiet of the countryside, but a few km from Asti, Alba, Alessandria, Turin, Milan, Genoa.
At the end of July the patron saint San Giacomo is celebrated.
The first Sunday of September in Asti the Palio is run with the medieval parade and on the second Sunday there is the festival of the Sagre di Asti, a typical food and wine event.
Between October and November there is the Truffle Party and the Bagna Cauda Day.

Entire home of 450 square meters, in Piedmont style with parking, wifi, garden with outdoor area and huge lawn, with above ground pool (3X5 H130) and solarium area, surrounded by private woods. On the ground floor: living area with dining room and relaxation area, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and panoramic terrace. On the first floor: 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: "Clhoe" room (max 2 pers.) with double canopy bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; "Shanty" room (max 3 pers.) with double bed and sofa bed, private external bathroom in the corridor with bathtub; and Melody room (max 2 pers.) with french bed and single bed, private bathroom with shower on the corridor. In two rooms (Clhoe and Melody) there is air conditioning and can possibly communicate through a hallway with a small terrace overlooking the garden. In each room, fans and boilers for tea and herbal teas are available.
Located on a hill with access from the provincial road. Suitable as a home for holidays and food and wine tours in Monferrato, Langhe and Roero, which we can recommend, or as a base for business travels.

In addition to private rooms with private bathrooms, the house has a large kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher; double room with relaxation area, tavern with board games and table football, above ground pool 3X5, garden and private forest with paths leading to the artificial lake inhabited by geese and frogs.

You will receive as welcome some local food products packaged by local companies that you can visit.
