The flat is located on the first floor of a 19th-century Tuscan residence, just a few kilometres from the historical centre of Arezzo, which can be easily reached by car or by train, given the proximity of the structure to a local station that leads directly to the central railway station. Narciso is located on the first floor of the Residence, and consists of a living room with a three-seater double sofa bed and a pullout couch, a flat-screen television, a stereo system, a kitchenette with a small fridge with freezer, a cooker, a 5-burner electric cooker with extractor hood, a microwave and a table; a double bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers, a television; a bathroom with shower, bidet and a closet with washing machine.The entire flat has heating, air conditioning and wi-fi. Wi-Fi is throughout the entire interior including the swimming pool and is included in the price.
Given the central location of our town, and being 6 km from the motorway, you can reach Florence in an hour, Rome and Bologna in two hours, the Adriatic and Tyrrhenian seas are reachable in two hours.
We are also central for being able to visit our four valleys rich in history and surrounded by nature.
