The recently built house is located in Felloniche, near Santa Maria di Leuca, municipality of Castrignano Del Capo. The flat is on the ground floor and is about 100 metres from the beach.
The flat is a two-room flat with an entrance - kitchen and a very large bedroom in which there is a double bed, two single beds and a large wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower and bidet. The kitchen is gas with an oven and four burners. The refrigerator is large with a freezer. Small appliances are missing. There are dishes, plates and glasses. A washing machine can be used.
We can organise boat trips or cultural tours of the area.
The beach, which is all free, can be reached on foot; umbrellas and sunbeds can be rented on request. There is also an equipped lido. In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, pizzerias, a newsagent and a small grocery shop. In the evenings they often organise shows of various kinds.
