The holiday home is located in a holiday park (t'Zijper Eilant) in Oudesluis with a total of 125 holiday homes.
In the holiday park there is a small inner harbour where small boats, canoes etc. can be used.
The site is also very popular with fishing enthusiasts
There is a large outdoor swimming pool (free of charge), which is divided into shallow areas for small children and a deep pool for swimmers, as well as a large lawn where you can sunbathe, play football or other games.
In winter, the meadow is filled with water and a large ice rink is available.
There is also a playground.

The 90sqm holiday home (incl. W-lan) consists of the ground floor with a large open living and kitchen area (fireplace) bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin and a washing machine with integrated dryer) and a bedroom (box spring bed 1.40 m).
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (room 1: double bed 1.80 x 2 m / room 2: 1.40 x 2 m)
Large garden around the house with terrace in front of the house. A parking space directly at the house and further free parking spaces are only a few metres away. A garden table with four chairs, two more can be taken from the kitchen. 2 garden loungers.

The key can be collected from the manager on the day of arrival from 14:00 to 18:00.
Please call the manager in advance to inform him of your arrival time and ask for the address where you can collect the keys. (Near the holiday home park)
Check-out on the day of departure: 10:00 at the latest

The municipality of Schagen levies a tourist tax, which must be paid. This fee must be paid by the tenant to the landlord, who then forwards the tax to the municipality.
Dogs are welcome.
The final cleaning is to be paid on site to the landlord.
Please bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.
E-car charging stations are available in Anna-Poulowna (4 km) and in Schagen (9 km) and charging via the holiday home's electricity is prohibited.

The sea is 10 km away, e.g. to Callantsoog
Alkmaar (25 km): shopping, canal cruises etc
Amsterdam (70 km): shopping, museums, canal cruises etc.
Island of Texel (25 km) : Nature, lots of sheep and plenty of shopping opportunities.
In Den Helder (20 km) there are numerous museums (Marine Museum, Ford Kijkduin, rescue museum and also a climbing park with petting zoo).

The "Goudvis" in St. Martínzee and Holle Bolle Boom in Tuitjehorn are great places for children to let off steam (especially in bad weather).
In Schagen there is a nice market every Thursday and also a go-kart track in the Schagen industrial estate.
