Enjoy your stay in this well designed, fully equipped, newly renovated and painted , comfortable and very clean boutique apartment by the beach. It is situated on the 3rd floor of a residential building. Safe area in the center of the town. The apartment is located across the main square of Xylokastro town and by the coastal side-walk, bicycle path and by the beach!

It is a real paradise for art, nature, sea, fishing, sport and sea-food lovers!!! It is ideal for 2 or 3 guests.

The apartment is offered for short or long term stay throughout the year. It is registered apartment and legal for rental.

TRANSPORTATION
1. From Athens Airport to Xylokastro town (apartment is located there):
a) By suburban train: From Airport to Kiato town (change train) and continue to Xylokastro (approximately 2 h and 10')
For purchasing tickets: tickets(dot)trainose(dot)gr/dromologia (from Athens Airport to Aegion/in English language)
b) By car in approximately 2 hours or less
c) By bus in 2h and 15 min (from Athens Bus Terminal Station-KTEL Kifissou)/round trip

2. From Xylokastro Bus Terminal:
- Take the bus and explore all the beauty of Corinthia Province along the beach or up to the mountains.
- Or take the bust to return to Athens.

We will welcome you in person and provide you with the keys, our digital guide, information, brochure and local bus schedule. During check out, we will also meet you. We will be available during your stay to inform you further if you need.

EVENTS
In summer time, a lot of cultural events and performances are held in the open air theater Vasilis Georgiadis and in the 2 open air cinemas of Xylokastro.

HEALTH GUIDE
Health and hygiene practices are applied in the apartment. Health Guide and Guide of National Organization for Public Health are posted in the apartment including med contact information. Disinfectant products are provided for free. National Regulation: Mask and one-time-use gloves are necessary to wear them in public transportation (bus, train, tram, metro, subway, yellow trolley), taxi and any closed-air space. Updates will be posted.

There is also a living room with a single bed, a round dining table with 4 chairs, a flat screen TV (including Deutche Welle, BBC, TV5 and all the Greek channels). Kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, e-stove with oven, toaster, coffee machine and a ceiling fan. It also has a dining table with chairs. The bathroom features a bath tub, basin, First Aid Kit and all the essentials, new toilet system.

4. The main churches of Saint Vlasios and church of Holy Mother are some of the attractions of this area.
5. Aggelos Sikelianos Villa (open to the pubic) is close by. He was a well known Greek author in 20th century.
6. The Town Hall is housed in a Neo-Classical building. You can reach it on foot in 8 minutes.
7. The two open air cinemas present well known films of winter 2020 or older movies.
8. You can take the local bus and spend one day in Loutraki and the well known Casino.
9. You can bring your portable easel and paint the natural beauty of our area. Or you can take many photos and create a beautiful photo album of this lovely summer destination.
10. You can also enjoy sports such as windsurfing, swimming, fishing, football, volleyball, tennis etc.
11. You can organize your own excursion. You can take the local bus or make a reservation for an organized tour through a local travel agency.You can explore the surrounding area of Corinth etc.
