The gîte comprises a large living room of 36 m² with a corner sofa, a television (80 cm LCD screen) with Wifi and a kitchen area with hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine/toaster, raclette and fondue set and numerous kitchen utensils. The gîte is heated with electric fluid inertia radiators.Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed, preceded by a small mezzanine with a double sofa bed.

The aperitif area is sacred!... From the terrace you can contemplate the pond. In the morning, as you eat breakfast, you can watch the sun rise in the east. At lunchtime you can enjoy your meal under the awning. And in the evening, you can watch the sun set in the west as you enjoy a barbecue...

The gîte is located in SAINT-BERAIN-SOUS-SANVIGNES on the edge of the Morvan, in a haven of peace for nature lovers, in the hollow of a pretty valley where two small rivers flow with their melodious lapping: la Bouillote and la Fontenelle, where you can fish for trout, chub, roach, gudgeon, moutelle (or river loach) and perch... From the terrace, you can contemplate the fir woods and the deciduous forest where many birds sing. At the foot of all these trees lies the pond, where magnificent irises and reeds bloom, making it a very pleasant place to take a siesta! The frogs are delighted to croak to lull you to sleep. At the end of the day, if you don't make too much noise, you may spot a few roe deer in the neighbouring meadow coming to drink in the Fontenelle.
