A cozy and high-quality 60 m² semi-detached apartment on the shore of Lake Sierijärvi, only 12 km from the center of Rovaniemi in the direction of Koskenkylä. The shore is a gently sloping sandy beach with a boat and a pier. The shore and boat are shared with the other side of the semi-detached house.

The one-story semi-detached house was built in 1955 but completely renovated in 2024. The apartment has a living room-kitchen with a well-equipped kitchen that includes a toaster, a multi-mixer, and a versatile set of dishes. There is an Ambilight smart TV and WiFi. The alcove separated by a curtain has a double bed (width 180 cm), and the other alcove separated by a curtain has two beds (90 cm wide, one of which is a loft bed). The living room has a fold-out sofa bed (135 cm wide) that can be used as an extra bed. The outdoor hot tub and the two-person hydro massage bath in the washroom add a touch of luxury to your sauna experience. The steam room has an electric stove. A hair dryer is also available.

The semi-detached apartments have a shared wood-fired lakeside sauna (15 m²) with a dressing room and an open porch.

The apartment has a gas grill on the terrace and a shared campfire on the shore. Charcoal, lighter fluid, and fishing rods are available in the lakeside sauna.

The semi-detached apartments have 4 Fatbike bicycles and 2 SUP boards for shared use.

Final cleaning, bed linen and firewood are included in the price.

The semi-detached house has double soundproofing. The apartments can be combined into one house for larger groups via a door in the kitchen.

A washing machine is available from the owner upon request.
