Location:
The cottage is located amidst the skiing area Präbichl and next door to the "Zellerhang" and the "Polster Quattro". Very sunny and quiet with a wonderful view onto the mountains and the mountain lake Grübl. The cottage can be reached up to 50m below the cottage by car.

Distances:
Präbichl Ski Arena ski area, Polster Quattro chairlift (closed in summer) next to the hut. Ski school, beginner lift, and floodlit toboggan run nearby. Ski rentals at the valley station. 21 km of cross-country ski trails lead to the Eisenerzer Ramsau, up to 1064 m above sea level, in 10 km. Indoor swimming pool 10 km. In summer, a single-seater chairlift takes you to almost 2000 m in just 11 minutes! From here, numerous marked hiking trails lead into the Hochschwab South region and the Eisenerzer Alps. A paradise for paragliders. Styrian Erzberg is 8 km away. At Grübl Bergsee, about 350 m below, there is a modern forest ropes course! Here, you can fly up to 15 meters high over the crystal-clear water on six ziplines with a total length of several hundred meters. The mountain carts are an absolute adventure. This downhill activity involves whizzing down the valley on tricycles for 3 km using only your gravity. The Grübl mountain lake in Präbichl, with its PADI/CMAS diving school and underwater petting zoo, offers the perfect place to relax after a hike or mountain tour. Shopping is available in the nearby villages of Vordernberg (5km) or Eisenerz (8km). A mountain hut is available at 290 m.

The cabin has a snuggery with lounge, wood stove, sofa (if necessary, extendable for 2 persons), satellite TV, DVD player, hi-fi system with USB/MP3 link. Kitchen with wood stove, oven, electric cooker (ceramic hob), an original "Resch and Frisch Back´s Ofen" (an oven for bread rolls), fridge, coffee machine (Saeco/Lavazza, Caffe Crema). 1 bedroom with double-bunk bed and single bed, 1 shower, 1 toilet. Heating with stove, hot water electrically. In front of the cottage is a sun terrace with a wonderful view! Lawn for sunbathing with a masoned grill. Wide range of wines from the wine-growing estate, local Styrian beer.
