Location:
The lodge has a solitary, sunny and quiet location, about 3,5km above the village Walchen, with a magnificent view over the valley and its surrounding mountains, and quiet, in a dead-end road which leads to the owner´s farm above.

Distances:
Endless winter sports pleasure is guaranteed by the new Ski ALPIN CARD on 408 kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes as well as 121 lifts and cable cars including the glacier ski area in only 9km distance. With just one ski pass, you can experience the large variety of ski runs in the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, on the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See and on the Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun. Nearest place for shopping - Walchen 3,5km. Adventure park with drag lifts, funpark, toboggan run and trampulin in 4km; riding 4km, lake for bathing 6km, Spa "Tauernspa Kaprun" 9 km. Mountainbike tracks directly by the lodge. About 300m above is the owner`s farm where you can buy self-made food.

This over 200 years old farmhouse was renovated with a lot of love, taste and comfort. Ground floor: living room with tiled stove and integrated kitchen equipped with electric cooker, oven, fridge, washing machine, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, water boiler, satellite TV, radio. 2 double rooms, toilet, separate bathroom with corner bath and shower. Upper floor: 3 double rooms (2 of them with washbasin), living room with corner seat, satellite TV and integrated kitchenette with electric cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine. Shower, toilet. Central heating, sauna. Wireless LAN (? 10,-/week). Garden seating, sunbeds and a barbecue grill are in front of the hut.
