This original alpine cabin is located above Niederöblarn in a sunny and peaceful spot with extensive views of the Schladminger Tauern and the nearby Grimming.

Distances:
Niederöblarn 4km, skiing area Pruggern 10km, cross country ski track 4km. Sledging close by. Hiking trails start directly at the doorstep, swimming pool 6km, tennis 4km, cycle rental 6km.

Ground floor: kitchen with electric cooker, oven, wood stove, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine. Exit to the sun terrace from where you have a wonderful view! Snuggery with seating corner, satellite TV, heating with wood pellets. 1 double room. Own wood-fired sauna, bathroom with 2 showers/toilets, 1 toilet. Upper floor: 1 three-bed room, 1 "transit bedroom" (with additional bed), 1 three-bed room with balcony. In front of the cottage are a well, a barbecue and below the cottage is a small pond.
